
Learning Development Manager

This role involves providing support to the management of a learning entity, cultivating individual and organizational knowledge and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the global learning ecosystem and ensuring that learning plans enable business results.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in learning and development and corporate universities, with a strong background in HR business partnering. They will also possess expertise in L&D models and frameworks, curriculum design and development, instructional models design and framework, measurement and assessment models.
- Responsibilities include supporting the development and implementation of the overall learning strategy and operation, participating in the development of JGU learning initiatives and services within the organization, and partnering with global and regional stakeholders to drive JGU initiatives and a continuous learning culture within the organization.
Job requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resource management or business-related courses
- Master's degree in related field is a plus
- 7+ years of experience in learning and development and corporate universities
- Experience managing global projects and working across multiple client groups and/or geographies
- Experience working with executives to influence and drive learning innovation and solutions
