Position Summary:

Design and develop elearning content across the Greencross Pet Wellness Organisation. This is a pivotal role that will produce high quality digital instructional assets both retail, clinical and soft skills education.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Redesign learning content to transition to a new platform
  • Collaborate with SMEs to transform content into engaging digital learning experiences
  • Develop eLearning content using Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe CreativeSuite
  • Support analysis and design of digital learning programs, adhering to best practice user experience, accessibility, and visual design
  • Implement strategies to drive learner engagement
  • Ensure accessibility and best practices in digital learning design
  • Create and manage digital assets (images, videos, animations, modules)
  • Analyse learner engagement and recommend LXD improvements
  • High competence in the following programs:

  • GP Clinic, Emergency and Specialty, and Retail leadership teams

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • 3 - 5 years of experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or related field
  • Agile working experience
  • Strong experience and understanding of instructional design and eLearning development (complex-interactivity), multimedia, and LXD
  • Exceptional organisational skills with high degree of drive, initiative, outcome orientation and the capacity to deal with multiple and often conflicting priorities.
  • Proven analytical and problems solving skills coupled with strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Previous demonstrated experience in developing high quality, professional digital learning assets
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and also as part of the
  • Learning and Development team
  • Intermediate/advanced proficiency with eLearning authoring tools:
    • Articulate Storyline 360
    • Articulate Rise 360
    • Articulate Replay 360
  • Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite:
    • Photoshop
    • Illustrator
    • Premiere Pro
    • After Effects
    • Animate
    • InDesign
    • Acrobat DC
  • Strong visual design skills, including ability to visually interpret branding guidelines.
    Knowledge of multimedia development SAAS tools including Vyond, ElevenLabs desirable
  • Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, LMS content deployment
  • Knowledae of accessibility compliance standards (WCAG2.0 etc) etc) desirable
