role ensures accuracy, formatting consistency, and timely delivery of final client deliverables. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently with multiple tech tools.

Transcript Production approved transcripts using proprietary and third-party software tools to produce final deliverables in PDF and other required formats.

Primary responsibili
ties:

● Ensure all documents meet formatting standards and quality assurance guidelines

● Organize and compile final exhibits with corresponding transcripts when applicable

● Use internal tools (e.g., YesLaw, Final Exhibits, PDF24) to assemble, edit, and deliver completed transcript packages

● Maintain consistency and accuracy in formatting, pagination, timestamps, and exhibit referencing

● Perform final quality checks for grammar, punctuation, and layout before delivery

● Communicate with internal teams to clarify instructions or resolve discrepancies

● Meet daily and weekly production deadlines

● Handle all reporter files and materials with the highest level of confidentiality

and discretion

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must have…

● Technical Proficiency:

○ Comfortable working with Windows-based PC environments.

○ Strong skills in the following software:

■ Notepad

■ Adobe Acrobat (full version)

■ YesLaw

■ Final Exhibits

■ PDF24

■ Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive) for daily operations and collaboration

● Attention to Detail:

○ Exceptional eye for catching errors and inconsistencies

○ Ability to follow formatting guidelines and legal transcript standards

● Communication Skills:

○ Clear and professional communication

○ Polite persistence in following up on outstanding requests

● Organizational Skills:

○ Ability to manage and prioritize multiple files and deadlines
