Document Quality Reviewer for Awesome CX by Transcom - Davao
Awesome CX by Transcom is looking for talented individuals to join our team as a Document Quality Reviewer for our Davao site. This role finalizes approved legal transcripts and associated documents using specialized software, ensuring accuracy, formatting consistency, and timely delivery of final client deliverables. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently with multiple tech tools.
Join our Awesome CX by Transcom Family as a Document Quality Reviewer
Document Quality Reviewer – approved transcripts using proprietary and third-party software tools to produce final deliverables in PDF and other required formats.
Responsibilities- Ensure all documents meet formatting standards and quality assurance guidelines
- Organize and compile final exhibits with corresponding transcripts when applicable
- Use internal tools (e.g., YesLaw, Final Exhibits, PDF24) to assemble, edit, and deliver completed transcript packages
- Maintain consistency and accuracy in formatting, pagination, timestamps, and exhibit referencing
- Perform final quality checks for grammar, punctuation, and layout before delivery
- Communicate with internal teams to clarify instructions or resolve discrepancies
- Meet daily and weekly production deadlines
- Handle all reporter files and materials with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
To be successful in this role you must have…
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with Windows-based PC environments
- Software Skills: Notepad, Adobe Acrobat (full version), YesLaw, Final Exhibits, PDF24
- Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive) for daily operations and collaboration
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for catching errors and inconsistencies; ability to follow formatting guidelines and legal transcript standards
- Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication; polite persistence in following up on outstanding requests
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple files and deadlines
