Responsibilities:

·      Capacity Planning & Resource Optimization:

Assess organizational capacity across all departments and recommend adjustments to meet demand

Optimize use of manpower, machines, and materials

·      Inventory Management and Material Planning:

Develop systems to optimize inventory levels and reduce carrying costs

Analyze and optimize the operational expenses added with every item purchase

·      Automation & Technology Integration:

Identify opportunities for automation in repetitive tasks

Evaluate and implement new technologies or tools to improve operations

Efficient use of Software systems

·      Standardization:

Ensure consistency in processes across teams

Analyze defect trends and implement corrective actions

Establish and monitor KPIs for departmental processes

·      Time and Motion Studies:

Conduct detailed studies to improve task efficiency and reduce cycle times

Recommend ergonomic improvements for worker safety and productivity

·      Data Analytics & Reporting:

Use data analytics tools to monitor KPIs and generate actionable insights

Create dashboards for real-time performance tracking

·      Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

·      Strong skills in data analysis, time and motion studies, workflow optimization and cost analysis.

·      Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management.

·      Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

·      Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

·      Applicants must be willing to work in Bajada, Davao City.

Education and Experience:

·      BS degree in Industrial Engineering, preferably with PRC license;

·      At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in process improvement, production planning, or operations analysis (entry-level may be considered with strong internship or project experience); and

·      Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments is a plus
