Responsibilities:
• Reads, interprets and follows basic electrical diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bill of materials and other written instructions or procedures.
• Makes use of hand-held tools to perform certain tasks efficiently.
• Performs work in a timely and accurate manner.
• Pays attention and completes projects within the specified duration without compromising product’s quality and function.
• Takes care of all issued tools and takes accountability for their damages resulting from negligence.
• Monitors inventory of materials/products in their respective workstations to ensure that parts are not lost, misplaced, or broken.
• Performs quality work checks to ensure that output meets company’s quality standards.
• Performs all work in accordance with company’s quality standards and established health and safety procedures.
• Maintains a clean a safe work area.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools.
• Highly motivated who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Can communicate and assert effectively.
• Knowledgeable in safety procedures and protocols.
• Has strong potential to grow and take on bigger roles in the organization and become a Commissioning/Service Engineer.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bajada, Davao City.

Education and Experience:
• BS degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or relevant field, preferably with PRC license;
• Strong interest in initiating and keeping up with advancements in Electronics or Mechatronics; and
• Has experience in a manufacturing environment.
