Davao City, Davao, Philippines The HR Practitioner Full time ₱900,000 - ₱1,200,000 per year

Responsibilities:

·      Designs mechanical systems, components, and assemblies based on customer specifications and project requirements.

·      Prepares detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and bills of materials (BOM) using CAD tools.

·      Evaluates and selects materials, components, and manufacturing methods to ensure cost efficiency and product quality.

·      Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality to ensure designs are feasible and meet safety and performance standards.

·      Conducts design reviews and risk assessments to mitigate potential failures.

·      Assists in prototyping, testing, and validation of new products and processes.

·      Provides technical support and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

·      Continuously seeks improvements in design and production processes for enhanced productivity and efficiency.

·      Works and collaborates with global team members in the Engineering division at the Netherlands HQ.

·      Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

·      Experience with CAD tools, i.e., Inventor or Solidworks, is a must.

·      Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.

·      Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong communication and organizational skills, and able to lift and move heavy equipment and materials (below 10kgs.).

·      Highly motivated and a great team player, with ability to manage/lead multiple projects and priorities effectively.

·      Applicants must be willing to work in Bajada, Davao City.

Education and Experience:

·      BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably with PRC license;

·      Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical design, problem resolution, and installation; and

·      Experience in designing and updating as-built plans, with proven track record of successfully resolving mechanical issues and implementing solutions.
