Job Summary:
To support processes which require local variation and/or need to be delivered in country with focus on Tier 2 support of country HR services, as well as leads and facilitates discussions for inbound and outbound mobility services and programs based on country policies. Implement mobility services processes and solutions across business and between regions and in collaboration with the other International Mobility teams and HR.
Responsibilities:
To perform activities in relation to Core HR Admin to include:
- Audits from authorities, Contingent Workers, Craft/Seasonal Workers, HR Data, Leavers, Mass Data Changes in HCM, New Joiners, Organization Structure, People Moves, Time & Attendance and Occupational Health & Safety.
- Provide clarification of country HR policies and procedures.
- Develop process excellence in Operation activities.
- Ensuring quality and timeliness of work.
To perform activities in relation to queries to include:
- To support queries to resolution in relation to country specific queries and provide local knowledge management.
- Respond to client's queries & escalations accurately (via phone, live chat, email and case management system).
- To support the Workplace Solutions Specialist team with individual cases.
- Handle customer requests according to the project deadlines - Handle complex problems raised by client and provide solution. Excellent job organization and time management skills.
- Interaction with Client daily via phone, chat and email, work on resolving HR related issues, cooperate with other delivery team members.
- Develop process excellence in Operation activities.
- Ensuring quality and timeliness of work.
To perform activities in relation to International Mobility, you will:
- Develop a good working relationship with the home/host country HR team and the international mobility network.
- Liaise and collaborate with our external immigration advisors, relocation providers and international tax advisors to provide the best possible mobility service to our people.
- Build and provide cost projections for international assignment and permanent relocation.
- Advise the business and recruitment on country immigration options, manage visa applications, and ensure ongoing country immigration compliance with all immigration processes.
- Partner with Mobility teams in the Group on outbound relocations and business travel including sourcing immigration documentation where appropriate.
- Accountable for monitoring and reporting Mobility data.
- Assist with Mobility projects – including any process / policy improvements, benchmarking, and ad hoc projects.
Experience:
- Strong process knowledge & experience in workforce administration/Employee data administration
- Understanding of Global Mobility, experience in immigration, tax or mobility preferred
- Experience of working within HR Shared services would be an advantage
- Experience of managing a generalist portfolio of HR activities
- Experience of working independently or in a small team
Required Skills:

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A customer-oriented mindset, with a commitment to providing a positive employee experience.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR/Mobility Policies, practices or experience in onboarding or HR Projects would be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set up in McKinley, Taguig office
