Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Credibuild Development Corp. Full time ₱600,000 - ₱800,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  1. Attends to the onboarding of new hires
  2. Secure new hire requirements
  3. Uploads data in biometric/timekeeping system
  4. Assists with creation and activation of payroll disbursement account
  5. Conducts orientations in partnership with the Safety Officer
  6. Collects time log records of site employees using biometric and manual methods
  7. Prepares time log templates to be submitted to counterparts in HR (Head Office) for payroll processing
  8. Routes time log records and overtime forms for approval of Site Supervisors and Managers
  9. Maintains records of manpower on-site
  10. Safekeeps the Petty Cash Fund and manages its release to site employees
  11. Maintains the Petty Cash Liquidation Template
  12. Records incoming and outgoing documents received and released by the site project team
  13. Processes application of walk-in candidates for open site-based positions
  14. Handles the site employees' immediate concerns at the frontlines and provides immediate resolution
  15. Relays to Head Office Human Resources any other matters requiring higher level decision-making
  16. Presents contract addendums and other milestone notices to employees
  17. Collates required HR files and transmits to Human Resources
  18. Assists the Human Resources Officer in carrying out disciplinary proceedings
  19. Other administrative duties as assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  1. Must have a Bachelor's/College Degree Preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management or Equivalent
  2. At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position
  3. Knowledge of Payroll, Timekeeping and Records Management Processes required
  4. With experience supporting a Construction Project as site-based employee a definite advantage
  5. High attention to detail with a resolve to maintain accuracy
  6. Excellent communication and writing skills
  7. Proficient in MS Office programs especially Excel
  8. Willing to be based on-site for the extent of the project
