
Site HR Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Attends to the onboarding of new hires
- Secure new hire requirements
- Uploads data in biometric/timekeeping system
- Assists with creation and activation of payroll disbursement account
- Conducts orientations in partnership with the Safety Officer
- Collects time log records of site employees using biometric and manual methods
- Prepares time log templates to be submitted to counterparts in HR (Head Office) for payroll processing
- Routes time log records and overtime forms for approval of Site Supervisors and Managers
- Maintains records of manpower on-site
- Safekeeps the Petty Cash Fund and manages its release to site employees
- Maintains the Petty Cash Liquidation Template
- Records incoming and outgoing documents received and released by the site project team
- Processes application of walk-in candidates for open site-based positions
- Handles the site employees' immediate concerns at the frontlines and provides immediate resolution
- Relays to Head Office Human Resources any other matters requiring higher level decision-making
- Presents contract addendums and other milestone notices to employees
- Collates required HR files and transmits to Human Resources
- Assists the Human Resources Officer in carrying out disciplinary proceedings
- Other administrative duties as assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor's/College Degree Preferably in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management or Equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position
- Knowledge of Payroll, Timekeeping and Records Management Processes required
- With experience supporting a Construction Project as site-based employee a definite advantage
- High attention to detail with a resolve to maintain accuracy
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Proficient in MS Office programs especially Excel
- Willing to be based on-site for the extent of the project
