We are looking for a US HR Benefits Administrator who will be responsible for managing and supporting employee benefit programs in compliance with US standards. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Oracle HCM, a solid understanding of US benefits processes, and exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Non-Negotiable Skills:

  • Working knowledge of HRIS, particularly Oracle HCM
  • Experience with US Benefits – HSA, payroll deductions, arrears, refunds, before and after tax
  • Open Enrollment / Eligibility experience
  • Familiarity with Health (Medical/Dental/Vision) plans
  • Ability to interpret Benefits Matrix Codes
  • Proficiency in Oracle
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Benefits Administrator or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and understanding of the downstream impact of HR transactions
  • Experience with Oracle is highly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Deep understanding of benefit plans and compliance requirements
  • Strong administration, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with adaptability to change

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and benefits files
  • Manage inquiries and complaints via the online ticketing system
  • Handle daily benefits processing, including enrollments, terminations, and claims
  • Advise employees on benefit program details and eligibility
  • Utilize HRIS systems to manage and resolve benefit-related cases
  • Support the processing of National Medical Support Notice inquiries and enrollments
  • Assist with dependent verification documents and benefits data audits
  • Participate in weekly and monthly invoicing and payment processes
  • Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate employer contributions and deductions
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements for benefit programs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with federal, state, and provider regulations
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork

Job Type: Fixed term

Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
