Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews with candidates.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and escalate issues to senior HR personnel as needed.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
HR Administration:
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Prepare HR reports and assist in tracking key employee metrics for management.
Office Management:
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
- Coordinate office maintenance and communication with vendors to resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, managing calendars, and filing documents.
- Draft and prepare internal communications, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Support management with various projects and tasks to facilitate overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in HR and administrative roles is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Google Workspace
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
