Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist in job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews with candidates.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in resolving employee concerns and escalate issues to senior HR personnel as needed.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

HR Administration:

  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist in tracking key employee metrics for management.

Office Management:

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement to ensure a well-functioning workspace.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and communication with vendors to resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

Administrative Support:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, managing calendars, and filing documents.
  • Draft and prepare internal communications, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Support management with various projects and tasks to facilitate overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in HR and administrative roles is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Google Workspace
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
