Job Description
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll manage candidate scheduling, maintain recruitment data, and support seamless collaboration between departments. You'll play a vital role in ensuring every hiring experience runs smoothly, from interview coordination to onboarding, all while contributing to a people-first, global recruitment team.

The Qualifications We Seek
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
Experience:
- 1-3 years in recruitment, HR coordination, or administration, with a basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience in high-volume recruitment (preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational skills and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with ATS systems a plus
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable team player
Your Daily Tasks
Interview & Scheduling Coordination:
- Coordinate and facilitate client interviews, including managing the call patching process and confirming candidate attendance.
- Support recruiters by scheduling interviews, preparing necessary documentation (CV formatting, video profiles, photos), and ensuring all candidate details are recorded accurately.
Recruitment Process Support:
- Assist recruiters in managing the requisition pipeline, ensuring timely updates and processing of candidate submissions.
- Act as a liaison between recruiters and other departments (e.g., HR, Finance) to ensure smooth recruitment workflows.
Data & Database Management:
- Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Guarantee that all candidate-related details are properly recorded and kept current.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Provide regular reports on recruitment status, progress, and bottlenecks.
- Track requisition volume and monitor overall recruitment performance.
Compliance & Process Adherence:
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal and company policies, including GDPR and data privacy standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all recruitment activities.
Process Improvement & Candidate Experience:
- Suggest improvements for process efficiency, especially during high-volume periods.
- Support a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by leadership.
