Field Recruitment Officer (Restaurant)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Field Recruitment Officer to handle end-to-end hiring for restaurant staff. The role involves sourcing, screening, and deploying qualified candidates to ensure manpower needs of our restaurant branches are met on time.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct field sourcing activities (job fairs, community recruitment, school tie-ups, walk-in applications).
  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and job offers.
  • Coordinate with branch managers and HR team to identify manpower requirements.
  • Maintain applicant database and ensure timely deployment of staff to restaurant branches.
  • Build and manage partnerships with recruitment channels (LGUs, schools, PESO offices, online platforms).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor standards in the recruitment process.
  • Prepare regular recruitment reports and updates to management.
