The Opportunity:

Are you looking for a new and rewarding challenge? We're hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple systems with ease. You'll play a key role in supporting our hiring process, maintaining important documentation, and collaborating with sponsors in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Management: Own the documentation process for hiring, ensuring all required paperwork is accurate and complete.
  • System Navigation: Comfortably manage and utilize multiple systems; a willingness and ability to quickly learn platforms like Paradox is essential.
  • Stakeholder Interface: Act as a key point of contact, communicating and interfacing with sponsors with a polished and professional presence.

Must-Haves:

  • Minimum of 2 years of solid work experience in an administrative or coordination role.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor are non-negotiable.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new software and comfortable navigating complex, multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Willing to work 100% onsite during training at Ayala Avenue, Makati, with a transition to a hybrid setup (3 days onsite per week) after training.
