About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual
Recruitment Coordinator
who is fluent in Spanish and English. The role involves supporting the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, and collaborating closely with hiring managers and recruiters to meet staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates, with a focus on Spanish-speaking applicants.
  • Manage job postings across platforms and ensure timely updates.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in onboarding processes, including documentation and background checks.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
  • Provide support in developing recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Customer Service, Recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR support.
  • Fluency in both
    Spanish and English
    (verbal and written) is required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
