About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual
Recruitment Coordinator
who is fluent in Spanish and English. The role involves supporting the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, and collaborating closely with hiring managers and recruiters to meet staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, with a focus on Spanish-speaking applicants.
- Manage job postings across platforms and ensure timely updates.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in onboarding processes, including documentation and background checks.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Provide support in developing recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Customer Service, Recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR support.
- Fluency in both
Spanish and English
(verbal and written) is required. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
