About the role

We are looking for a talented HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Isometric Enterprises' in Quezon City Metro Manila. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall HR function and contributing to the success of our organization. What you'll be doing

  1. Overall recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  2. Maintain and update employee records and personnel files
  3. Coordinate employee benefits and payroll administration
  4. Provide support for HR-related projects and initiatives
  5. Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution
  6. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  2. At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR Coordinator role
  3. Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
