About the role

As the HR Area Coordinator at Paramount Human Resource Multi-Purpose Cooperative, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's human resource initiatives across multiple locations. Reporting to the HR Manager, this full-time position is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila and will involve overseeing HR operations, ensuring policies and procedures are consistently implemented, and providing support to employees.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinate and manage HR activities across multiple office locations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  4. Collaborate with the HR team to identify and address any HR-related challenges or opportunities for improvement
  5. Provide administrative support, such as maintaining employee records, processing payroll and benefits, and generating HR reports
  6. Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and other HR-related projects
