Job Description:
As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Coordination with SDP Agencies: Collaborate with SDP (Service Delivery Partner) agencies to facilitate recruitment and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
Recruitment of SDP Candidates: Manage the recruitment process for SDP candidates, including sourcing, screening, and monitoring applicants to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
Transportation and Reimbursement Checks: Review and verify transportation reimbursement requests and other forms of reimbursement to ensure compliance with company policies.
Monthly Incentive Verification: Check and validate monthly incentive calculations to ensure accurate and timely disbursement to eligible employees.
Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports on recruitment progress, candidate status, and other relevant HR metrics.
Candidate Monitoring: Continuously monitor the progress and performance of candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Case Coordination: Coordinate cases of SDP with agencies, ensuring effective communication and resolution of any issues that may arise.
Weekly Meetings: Conduct weekly meetings to discuss recruitment updates, challenges, and strategies with the HR team and relevant stakeholders.
Monthly Meeting Assistance: Assist in the preparation and execution of monthly SDP meetings, contributing to agenda setting and documentation.
Support for HR and Admin Tasks: Provide assistance in various HR and administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department.
Additional Tasks: Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the HR Manager or other senior HR personnel.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR coordination or recruitment is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
