The Amazon Account Manager will manage the daily operations of our clients' Amazon Seller accounts. This role focuses on listing optimization, keyword research, A+ content support, basic case management, and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating daily with the team through Slack. WhatsApp updates may be required for faster client communication (Spanish is helpful but not required).

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, update, and optimize Amazon product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords).
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to increase search visibility and conversions.
  • Coordinate A+ Content, product images, and storefront updates with internal teams or creators.
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and product variations when needed.
  • Handle basic case management in Seller Central (listing issues, compliance flags, brand registry, etc.).
  • Monitor account health metrics, customer feedback, and policy notifications.
  • Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor insights.
  • Prepare weekly performance summaries and propose improvement actions.
  • Communicate daily with the team via Slack.
  • Provide occasional quick updates on WhatsApp when urgent items arise.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Amazon Seller Central account management preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon listing SEO and keyword optimization.
  • Familiarity with A+ Content, Brand Registry, product variations, and fulfillment types (FBM/FBA).
  • Good analytical skills and comfort working with performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple ASINs and tasks.
  • Proficiency with Slack or similar team communication tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience using Amazon tools (Helium10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, etc.).
  • Basic graphic or content skills for A+ and storefront support.
  • Spanish language ability for WhatsApp client communication (optional but helpful).
