We are a leading medical and dental aesthetics company based in Romania, building a remote Sales and Account Management team targeting the UK market. The role involves managing warm leads from WhatsApp and email — clients who are already interested in the company's services — and guiding them through the consultation process. Candidates must have excellent English skills, a professional and confident presence, and be based in Metro Manila (for occasional in-person events).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the brand's professional standards and identity at all times by maintaining a polished and confident professional presence.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, confidence, and excellent communication skills suited for the aesthetics and wellness industry.
  • Respond to and manage warm leads arriving via WhatsApp and email, converting them into scheduled consultation calls efficiently.
  • Meet monthly targets (conversions/appointments) and report performance metrics.
  • Use a soft, empathetic, non-aggressive sales approach appropriate for sensitive aesthetic/medical topics.
  • Provide end-to-end client handling: initial contact to follow-ups to consultation booking to pre-travel coordination.
  • Coordinate with clinics in Romania and internal teams for appointments, medical/regulatory checks, and travel logistics.
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance with EU regulations (GDPR) when handling client information.
  • Attend occasional in-person events in Metro Manila as required.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Fluent English — excellent spoken and written communication (UK market focus).
  • 1–2 years relevant experience in sales, telesales, account management, or customer service.
  • Location: Must be based in Metro Manila and available for occasional physical events.
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp Business and email handling.
  • Strong emotional intelligence — ability to handle sensitive conversations gently and respectfully.
  • Highly responsible and organized — will own the client journey from first contact to close.
  • Professional and polished presence consistent with the company's brand standards.
  • Confident and professional demeanor.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in customer service or telesales
  • Experience in the beauty, dental, or medical aesthetics industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
