Job Type: Full-time Independent Contractor (8AM - 5PM Pacific Time)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research similar or competitive products to identify correct data and keywords.
  • Create and upload new product listings on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
  • Write clear, professional, and SEO-optimized product titles and descriptions.
  • Check and correct product specifications, categories, and compatibility information.
  • Maintain consistency of product data (OEM numbers, SKU codes, cross-references).
  • Review existing listings and improve their visibility and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and inventory teams to ensure accurate pricing and stock updates.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience with Amazon listing creation and campaigns in the US Market.
  • Preferably with experience in eBay and/or Walmart listing creation and campaigns in the US Market.
  • Experience in resolving open cases and disputes.
  • Experience with Excel / CSV file management.
  • Preferably with experience with tools like Helium10 or any similar tools is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO for product listings.
  • C2 proficiency in English. Western European/North American expats are encouraged to apply.
  • Attention to detail and ability to verify product data.

Daily Work Requirement:

  • Camera on and tracker during work hours.
