We're looking for a Creative Agency Account Manager who will manage projects, handle content requirements, and serve as the middle person between clients and the creative team. This role is perfect for someone who's detail-oriented, organized, and skilled at ensuring revisions and outputs meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, content production, or related creative/marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills for managing timelines, deliverables, and multiple projects.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to catch gaps, ensure revisions reflect client feedback, and maintain on-brand output.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively manage client relationships and team alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Oversee projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring they meet client objectives, deadlines, and budget.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, production, and media teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and present campaign proposals, quotations, and reports to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling of agency services.
  • Ensure clear communication of project requirements, deliverables, and revisions between clients and internal teams.
  • Track and report on project performance, timelines, and financials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freelancers, or production partners when necessary.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry innovations relevant to client accounts.
