About the Role

We are seeking a KOL Business Development (KOL BD) professional to build, manage, and grow relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across multiple industries.

This role is ideal for someone who understands influencer marketing, enjoys building partnerships, and can negotiate effectively to deliver measurable marketing results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying KOLs: Source and categorize influential individuals within specific industries or online communities.
  • Building Relationships: Reach out to potential KOL partners, negotiate collaboration terms, compensation, and deliverables to ensure mutual growth.
  • Partnership Development: Work closely with KOLs to design campaigns and content that align with brand goals and enhance engagement.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., impressions, CPM, ROI) and adjust strategies to optimize impact and results.

Job Requirements

  2. Negotiation & Deal-Closing: Strong ability to secure favorable results and value-driven partnerships.

  3. Execution & Speed (for small KOLs): Capable of efficiently managing a high volume of smaller influencer collaborations, from outreach to completion.
  4. Professional Presentation & Strategic Negotiation (for large KOLs): Skilled in handling high-stakes negotiations and presenting confidently in face-to-face or virtual meetings with top-tier KOLs.
  5. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent at building rapport, fostering trust, and maintaining long-term partnerships with KOLs across different levels.

  6. Experience & Resources

  7. Seniority Flexibility: Open to both junior and senior-level candidates.

  8. Resource Advantage (for senior roles): Preference for candidates who already have a network of established KOL contacts, especially in beauty, lifestyle, or tech categories.
