ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a proactive, driven, and highly professional Business Development Manager to support our growth in the BPO, AI, IT, and technology sectors. This role involves identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting fieldwork, and executing end-to-end sales processes. The ideal candidate is confident, results-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the BPO, AI, IT, and tech industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, partners, and existing clients.
  • Conduct fieldwork, client visits, in-person meetings, and partnership presentations.
  • Create and deliver business proposals, pitch decks, and sales presentations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and contract signing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) to support client needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Represent the company at events, networking functions, and industry seminars.
  • Track sales performance, maintain accurate records, and prepare regular reports.
  • Ensure a professional presence aligned with company standards and values.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
  • Background or strong interest in BPO, AI, technology, SaaS, or IT consulting.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and pleasing personality.
  • Comfortable with hybrid work setup, fieldwork, and client meetings.
  • Ability to create pitch decks, proposals, and market research reports.
  • Proactive, driven, and results-oriented; comfortable working with sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Willing to start immediately or with short notice.
