We are Hiring: Business Development Manager (Offshore)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the 360-degree business development process, overseeing client acquisition, relationship management, and service delivery to achieve business growth and financial objectives.
Develop and implement business strategies to drive new opportunities and increase market share, aligning efforts with the organization's goals.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, identifying and addressing recruitment needs with customized solutions.
Collaborate with leadership to create streamlined processes that ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Analyze sales and recruitment metrics to optimize strategies and identify areas for improvement, driving efficiency and growth.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in business development and recruitment.
Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and establish processes to deliver high-quality service to clients.
Foster relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies and industry networks to expand business reach.
Represent the organization at industry events, networking opportunities, and forums to enhance visibility and brand recognition.
Qualifications:
- Background in Outsourcing business (RPO/BPO) in US Market
- Bachelor's degree or a relevant experience
- Over 8-10 years of experience
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and financial targets in a recruitment business unit.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Amenable to travel to attend events local or in abroad
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php150,000.00 per month
