Job Summary:
The Channel Manager (Marketing) for Food Service drives business growth by developing and executing channel marketing strategies and programs that strengthen the company's presence in the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) segment. The role focuses on crafting, implementing, and evaluating Food Service–specific initiatives that support all product categories.
Job Responsibilities:
- Channel Strategy and Growth: Develop and execute Food Service marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, drive category growth, and expand market reach within the HORECA segment.
- Partner Marketing and Engagement: Build and nurture strategic relationships with distributors and key accounts through co-marketing initiatives, joint promotions, and capability-building programs that enhance brand visibility and loyalty.
- Market Insights and Performance: Analyze channel performance, customer behavior, and market trends to uncover opportunities, guide marketing plans, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales teams to create impactful campaigns, trade materials, and programs that support brand objectives and partner success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related discipline.
- At least 3+ years experience in Sales (B2B), Trade Marketing, or Product Management, preferably within FMCG or Food Service/Solutions industries.
- Willing to do field work
