Position Details:

  • Position: IT Sales Support Specialist
  • Industry: Information Technology / Software Solutions
  • Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Work Setup: On-site
  • Salary Range: Php 25,000 – Php 40,000 (Gross)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical courses is an advantage
  • Experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, or B2B Technology Sales
  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales strategies, lead generation, and account management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Familiar with IT products, software solutions, and technical terms
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and close deals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and demonstrate software products and technical solutions to clients
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets
  • Collaborate with IT developers, technical teams, and management to ensure product alignment with client needs
  • Conduct sales presentations, demos, and contract negotiations
  • Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Track and report sales performance metrics and market trends
