What is your mission?

We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Collections Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. This role is responsible for independently managing a portfolio of accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections, resolving complex billing issues, and maintaining accurate customer records in an ERP system.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Exercise full responsibility for a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely payment and account resolution.
  • Analyze and investigate delinquent accounts and prioritize collection activities based on company policies and account risk.
  • Contact clients regarding declined credit card invoices and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Research and process account credits, including refunds or applications to open invoices.
  • Maintain and update customer data in ERP systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Review and interpret billing documents such as bill of ladings and proof of delivery to resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage electronic invoicing accounts (e.g., Ariba, B2B platforms) and troubleshoot related issues.
  • Provide regular account updates, prepare reports for aging reviews, and contribute to month-end close processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues that hinder payment processing.
  • Support special finance projects and contribute to process improvements.

Who are we looking for?

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B collections, especially with high-volume and high-profile accounts.
  • Strong proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken is preferred but not required.
  • Solid understanding of ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and electronic invoicing platforms.
  • Amenable to work on a hybrid setup and NIGHT SHIFT
  • Excellent communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
