Position Summary:
The Project/Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting project teams and ensuring the smooth operation of office functions. This position is responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing documentation, assisting with project tracking, and providing general support to staff and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist, maintain, and coordinate project activities and execution. Maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
- Maintain digital systems for easy retrieval of documents. Support HR and Finance functions and compliance.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for staff and visitors, and assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative or project support roles.
- Able to show strong organizational and time management skills and can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in one of the following, Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology, Human Resources or equivalent field.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project, Xemplo).
