We are currently on the look out for a strong and goal oriented Procurement and Admin Associate (Purchasing) who can be a great additional to the team. Job Scope Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals. Forecast procurement needs and prepare procurement plans and budgets. Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to ensure value for money. Maintain and update the approved supplier database. Prepare and issue purchase orders and requests for quotations (RFQs/RFPs). Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery. Verify and reconcile supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audit purposes. Conduct market research to identify pricing trends and new suppliers. Analyze total cost of ownership and identify opportunities for cost savings. Work closely with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Projects) to understand procurement needs. Prepare procurement reports and metrics for management review. Prepare and submit liquidation reports accurately and on time. Perform administrative tasks in coordination with Operations Manager to ensure efficient workflow and proper documentation.
