A. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive and confirm client's orders thru e-mail Purchase Orders or chat messages.
- Process P.O (Purchase Orders) and create S.O (Sales Orders) for each order/account.
- Maintain accurate and updated daily Sales Order Summary, to be received by the Data Team for reference.
- Handle phone and chat inquiries by existing clients regarding orders and products.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of Sales & Marketing files, records, data of clients.
- Instantly reply and answer phone calls from the official sales email and official sales & marketing mobile phone.
- Coordinate with Sales Channel Heads regarding the orders and forecasts.
- Coordinate with Production Managers/ Supervisors/ Representatives regarding clients' orders and requirements.
- Coordinate with Logistics Admin and Ground Officers regarding clients' delivery schedules and requirements.
- Assist with the needs of the department especially in Sales and Marketing processes, activities, events, campaigns, and others.
B. MINOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and cooperate in the food safety and quality programs and initiatives of the company and consistently report problems with regards to Food Safety Management System.
- Provide clerical support to the Sales and Marketing Department.
- Assist and suggest with department's planning and executions.
- Track and update daily sales order summary.
- Organize and file all the necessary documents in connection to the client's orders for reference.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior.
