Job Summary:
Oversees and coordinates all administrative and property-related operations, ensuring efficient office management, timely procurement, and smooth facility maintenance to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily administrative and property management activities, including office operations, maintenance, and asset management.
- Lead and support the admin team in handling documentation, logistics, procurement, and coordination with vendors and service providers.
- Monitor property maintenance schedules, repairs, and improvements to ensure all facilities are in good condition.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-efficient use of company resources.
- Oversee inventory, purchasing, and contract management for office and property-related supplies and services.
- Coordinate with building management and government agencies for permits, compliance, and inspections.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on property conditions, expenses, and operational performance for management review.
- Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in administrative supervision or property/facilities management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with property management systems or tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities.
