Purchasing Staff

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing, canvassing, and evaluating suppliers for quality, price, and reliability.
- Process purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely approval and delivery of items.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/production for replenishment needs.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements.
- Coordinate with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and any discrepancies.
- Support in preparing reports related to purchasing activities and supplier performance.
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Supply Chain Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in purchasing or administrative support (experience in food industry is an advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with inventory systems.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Can START ASAP.
