Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, canvassing, and evaluating suppliers for quality, price, and reliability.
  • Process purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely approval and delivery of items.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/production for replenishment needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier agreements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and any discrepancies.
  • Support in preparing reports related to purchasing activities and supplier performance.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Supply Chain Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in purchasing or administrative support (experience in food industry is an advantage).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with inventory systems.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Can START ASAP.
