The Kitchen Administrator oversees the smooth day-to-day operations of the kitchen by handling administrative tasks, maintaining inventory, and ensuring proper coordination between the kitchen team and other departments.

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow and cleanliness.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
  • Maintain records of deliveries, stock usage, and kitchen expenses.
  • Assist in scheduling kitchen staff and monitoring attendance.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
  • Support the Chef and kitchen team with administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Procurement, Accounting, HR) for operational needs.
  • Handle petty cash and prepare expense reports when needed.
  • Implement proper filing and documentation of kitchen records.
