The Kitchen Administrator oversees the smooth day-to-day operations of the kitchen by handling administrative tasks, maintaining inventory, and ensuring proper coordination between the kitchen team and other departments.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow and cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Maintain records of deliveries, stock usage, and kitchen expenses.
- Assist in scheduling kitchen staff and monitoring attendance.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
- Support the Chef and kitchen team with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments (Procurement, Accounting, HR) for operational needs.
- Handle petty cash and prepare expense reports when needed.
- Implement proper filing and documentation of kitchen records.
