We're hiring a
VP of Operations
to build and scale the entire operational backbone of our company. This role is mission-critical — you'll design the systems, lead the teams, and drive the efficiency that allows us to serve millions of entrepreneurs.

The Role: VP of Operations

You'll be the master architect of our operational engine. From credit processing and collections to field agent management and customer success, you will own the entire operational lifecycle. You will build the teams, design the playbooks, and implement the technology that allows us to scale efficiently and responsibly across the Philippines and beyond.

What You'll Own

• Design & Scale:
  Architect and implement scalable operational workflows for loan origination, underwriting, disbursement, and collections.
• Team Building & Leadership:
  Recruit, train, and lead our entire operations team, including loan officers, collections specialists, and field personnel.
• Performance Management:
  Define, track, and own all key operational KPIs, from loan processing time and portfolio quality (PAR) to cost-per-loan and team productivity.
• Strategy & Execution:
  Develop and execute our collections strategy, balancing efficiency with our customer-centric, ethical approach.
• Process Improvement:
  Continuously identify bottlenecks and implement tech-driven solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Compliance & Risk:
  Ensure all operational processes are fully compliant with regulatory requirements and internal risk policies.

You Might Be a Fit If You…

• Have
  10+ years of senior operational experience
  in fintech, banking, or large-scale microfinance.
• Are a
  proven systems-builder
  with a track record of scaling operations and managing teams from 10 to 100+.
• Are
  deeply data-driven
  and comfortable using metrics to make decisions and manage performance.
• Are a
  natural leader
  who can inspire a team and build a culture of ownership and excellence.
• Have a
  "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality
  —you're not afraid to get into the weeds to solve problems.
• Are based in Metro Manila and willing to travel 1-2 days a week to our offices in Las Piñas.
• Are genuinely excited to work with small businesses and believe that operational excellence is the key to creating massive social impact.
