  • Prepare daily itinerary/job schedule of Customs Representative/Brokerage Officer
  • Declaration / computation of duties/taxes & inform clients on their payables
  • Prepare quotations for facilitation inquiries
  • Approved cash advances
  • Help Department heads to answer e-mail/telephone calls if there are inquiries
  • Follow-up status of every shipment from forwarder up to the clients and to other government agency concerned
  • Always check properly the documents before filing at Customs
  • Coordinate with the importer status of every shipment
  • Check / approve the liquidations of processor
  • Dispatch billing/OR of clients for every brokerage project that was released
  • Fill up the Brokerage status report as daily monitoring tool
  • Follow up to the forwarder concerned for every Pre-alert given by our agent abroad
  • Notify clients for their incoming shipment.
  • Supervise/ monitor Customs Rep. when processing shipment at the 3 ports until the cargo has been delivered to the client's premises
  • Coordinate with the Trucking and FOI Operations staff
  • Give quick solutions for minor problems that may arise
  • Accompany sales if they will meet client with brokerage inquiries
  • Assign project number for every brokerage shipment
  • Monitor Fund for brokerage accounts
  • Prepare lodgment and IP for every shipment
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
  • Will report to the office of the President/Vice President pertaining activity development in the Department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
