POSITION SUMMARY
The Assistant Manager supports the Manager, Senior Manager, and Vice President of Legal & Compliance in handling the organization's legal operations. The role involves assisting with day-to-day legal matters and providing reliable legal guidance to executive leadership and internal teams.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide legal support to the Manager, Senior Manager, and VP – Legal for Integrated Resort Operations

Represent the company in court and quasi-judicial proceedings when necessary

Review case endorsements for potential legal action, including analysis of facts and documents
-
Draft and review pleadings, legal documents, and court submissions related to ongoing cases

Coordinate with internal departments on legal matters requiring action or advice

Track and monitor cases handled by external legal counsel

Review, revise, or draft contracts and agreements as requested
-
Provide legal opinions and advice on various corporate and operational matters
-
Participate in internal administrative investigations and recommend disciplinary action in line with company policies

Conduct legal research and prepare reports on relevant legal issues

Handle remedial legal actions, such as drafting demand letters and facilitating settlements

Perform other legal functions as assigned by the company
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
-
Minimum of 2 years' experience in legal practice
-
Background as in-house counsel or associate in a law firm
-
Must be a member in good standing of the Philippine Bar
-
Solid knowledge of corporate law, labor law, and litigation
-
Strong communication skills with a respectful and constructive approach

Analytical thinker with clear and logical problem-solving abilities

Willing to be assigned at either Solaire North (Quezon City) or Solaire Resort Entertainment City (Parañaque)
