This executive role ensures the efficient and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products, driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and strategic growth in alignment with company goals. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the company's manufacturing strategy to support overall business objectives.

Provide strategic direction and leadership to plant managers and operational teams. Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term planning, capital investments, and expansion opportunities. Oversee the performance and operations of multiple manufacturing plants.

Ensure production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are enforced. Drive lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and increase output. Production Oversight Lead production planning and control efforts to meet customer demands and minimize downtime.

Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and industry best practices. Implement KPIs and performance metrics to monitor and improve productivity, quality, and costs. Supply Chain Management Direct supply chain functions including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor relationships.

Optimize supply chain processes for cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and supply reliability. Align supply chain strategy with production needs and market demand. Team Development and Management Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across manufacturing, production, and supply chain departments.

Foster a culture of accountability, safety, innovation, and continuous improvement. Manage workforce planning, training, and succession planning. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, including plant operations and supply chain management. Proven track record of success in overseeing multi-site operations and scaling production capabilities. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality systems (e.g., ISO, GMP).

Experience with ERP systems, production planning tools, and supply chain technologies. Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive operational excellence.
