Reports to the Vice President and is responsible for leading cross-functional projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures timely, budget-conscious delivery of high-quality outcomes aligned with organizational goals, while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets to prevent cost overruns.
  • Coordinate resource allocation (time, people, equipment) to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor project schedules, KPIs, and deliverables, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide regular project updates to the Vice President for visibility and timely decision-making.
  • Serve as the main communication link between stakeholders and project teams.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks through assessment and contingency planning.
  • Continuously review and improve workflows to reduce inefficiencies and waste.
  • Ensure projects meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Manage change requests and scope adjustments to minimize disruptions.
  • Align short- and long-term project plans with strategic business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Certification: Preferably PMP or other Project Management certifications.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience & Skills: At least 5 years of experience managing complex projects; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
