Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead vendor onboarding, compliance checks, and ongoing performance tracking
  • Maintain accurate supplier records and manage procurement documentation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure supplier fit and value alignment
  • Create and maintain easy-to-understand process maps (e.g., flowcharts) that outline vendor relationships and data flows
  • Support visual documentation of other business-critical processes that involve external suppliers
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement or efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, vendor management, or purchasing
  • Familiarity with basic procurement frameworks (RFIs, RFPs, contract review)
  • Strong skills in process mapping using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro is a PLUS
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
  • High attention to detail and ability to document workflows clearly
  • Background in BPO, shared services, or multinational environments is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
