Work Shift: Mon - Fri 9 AM to 6 PM PHT

Looking for a role where no two days are the same? Join our team in a dynamic role that blends finance, procurement, and client support.

You'll gain hands-on experience with leading systems like Xero and ConnectWise while building valuable skills in supplier management and financial operations.

What You Will Do:

Finance & Accounts Support

  • Manage the accounts inbox, process customer/supplier invoices in Xero, send reminders, and follow up overdue accounts.

  • Support account reconciliations, compliance tasks, and escalate issues when required.

Procurement & Order Management

  • Convert opportunities into sales orders or projects in ConnectWise and ensure accurate system updates.

  • Source best-priced equipment and software, raise purchase orders, and manage supplier relationships.

  • Track orders, arrange freight, monitor warranties/licenses, and provide ETA updates to stakeholders.

  • Create proposals in ConnectWise Sell for equipment and services as directed by Sales/Account Managers.

Customer & Supplier Service

  • Handle account, invoice, and order queries from customers, suppliers, and the internal sales team.

  • Communicate delivery updates, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong supplier/distributor relationships.

General Administration

  • Provide office support including phones, stationery, freight bookings, and general admin tasks.

  • Log daily into ConnectWise to action tasks, update records, and ensure data accuracy.

  • Assist with ad hoc finance and procurement support as required.

What You Need To Succeed:

  • Experience in IT Procurement

  • Experience with general office admin or in a similar role.

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Great attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Experience with Xero (highly desirable)
