DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan export volumes and execute shipments to different Yeti destinations.
• Analyze and log purchase orders commensurate to existing stock availability.
• Prepare a load plan for weekly planning.
• Update load plan and confirm daily container booking with the export specialists.
• Directs workers to move products to storage areas.
• Lead teams to develop, articulate and maintain Logistics processes and accurate documentation of every product movement.
• In advance determine requirements to shipping including description of products per container, volume, weight, etc.
• Create, monitor and complete export shipments in Excel to ensure timely, correct information is available to all parties concerned.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, business management, or related field is preferred.
• 2 years general office experience. Previous planning experience is a plus.
• Must be able to work with little to no supervision
• Exceptional organizational skills required
• Must be able to work on many different projects at one time
• Ability to recognize and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment and diplomacy.
• Must be able to prepare reports and write business correspondence
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write professional correspondence.
