JOB SUMMARY

The CSR shall deal with customers on their concerns on the products of Iconn's business partners while projecting a professional company image through voice and online transactions using the different digital platforms. Moreover, they shall use their knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist callers with inquiries, complaints, or problems. They speak with customers and listen to them to gain a better understanding of their needs, and offer possible solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Possess excellent communication and phone skills.
  • Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to persuade potential subscribers to avail a product or other services offer.
  • Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to avail the product or services.
  • Explain products or services and process, and answer questions or quires of customers.
  • Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computer.
  • Record names, addresses, product avail, and reactions of prospects contacted.
  • Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
  • Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential subscriber from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and list purchased from other organizations.
  • Answer calls from potential subscribers who have been solicited through advertisements.
  • Respond to correspondences from subscribers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
  • Schedule appointments for installations of cable subscriptions.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • College Graduate
  • Typing Speed of at least 35 words per minute
  • Proficient in using digital technology such as but not limited to application-based services and a wide range of social media platforms
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Strong service focus
  • Able to work on cyclical shifts, holidays and fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ABS-CBN artists, shows, films, and competitor's programs preferred
  • Ability to use desktop computer system
  • Knowledge of MS Operating Systems (Windows Word, Windows Excel), search engines and social media sites.

Job Type: Full-time
