
Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires at least 6 months of sales experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company's client base.
- Conduct client presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client requirements are met.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of proven sales experience (logistics industry experience is an advantage).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-driven and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
