The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires at least 6 months of sales experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company's client base.
  • Conduct client presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports.

Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of proven sales experience (logistics industry experience is an advantage).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-driven and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
