Location: Intramuros, Manila
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Supervisor who will lead our marketing and creatives team in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, promotional activities, and brand campaigns. This role ensures the seamless execution of marketing events, coordination with partners, and monitoring of sales incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Leadership & Administration
- Lead and mentor members of the marketing and creatives team.
- Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate team performance.
Marketing Strategies, Events & Promotions
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and incentive programs.
- Organize key company events such as AFSA, Sales Conferences, Kick-Offs, and Caravans.
- Coordinate logistics, including venues, vendors, and materials for marketing events.
Sales Incentive Management
- Design sales incentive mechanics and monitor performance.
- Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly reports for incentive drives (QPB, AFSA, Travel Incentives, etc.).
- Lead monthly/quarterly awarding ceremonies and sales rallies.
Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with suppliers, parishes, dioceses, and institutional partners.
- Manage partnerships with travel agencies for incentive trips and campaigns.
Marketing Collaterals & Campaign Materials
- Oversee the design and production of marketing collaterals and promotional items.
- Identify interviewees, visual content needs, and scheduling for shoots.
Customer Communication
- Manage customer and partner communications across various channels.
- Develop feedback tools, testimonials, and success stories to enhance engagement.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights.
- Monitor marketing metrics to measure performance and ROI.
- Provide reports and recommendations for strategy improvement.
Salesforce Reports
- Prepare and disseminate monthly reports on the Fraternal Benefits Group's performance and sales target attainment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or administrative roles (experience in mortuary services is an advantage)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and creative thinking skills
- Adaptable and eager to learn new tools and technologies
