We're Hiring: People Technology Analyst

Mandaluyong City | Weekdays (Dayshift)Hybrid : 4x a week onsite, 1x a week – WFH (Temporarily)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Designs, builds, tests, and maintains Workday integrations and EIBs.
  • Troubleshoots integration issues and ensures accurate, reliable data flow.
  • Manages interfaces between Workday and various systems (analytics, payroll, LMS, surveys, HRIS, identity management).
  • Ensures data consistency and partners with IT and vendors for system upgrades and changes.
  • Supports People Analytics by enabling clean, accurate backend data for dashboards and reports.
  • Assists functional teams with configuration, testing, and troubleshooting across Workday modules (HCM, Absence, Recruitment, Compensation, Security).
  • Maintains documentation, ensures data privacy/security compliance, and participates in audits and risk assessments.

Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS or People Technology roles, focused on Workday integrations
  • Strong understanding of Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and REST/SOAP APIs
  • Experience with middleware/integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato)
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools and the overall HR systems landscape
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Have:

  • Workday Integrations Certification
  • Experience working with global HR systems or multi-country integrations
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
  • Project management experience or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile)
