About the Role:

The Workday HCM Reporting Analyst delivers high-quality reports and dashboards within the Workday platform to support global and regional business needs. Working closely with HR and business stakeholders, this role designs, builds, and maintains reports that enable data-driven decisions. Ideal for someone with strong Workday reporting and HR data analysis skills, the role combines technical expertise with stakeholder engagement to translate business requirements into clear, actionable insights.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards (Report Writer, Calculated Fields, EIB, Composite/Advanced Reports).
  • Translate business needs into accurate, functional reports across core HCM modules (Absence, Time, Talent, Compensation, Recruiting).
  • Collaborate with HR, Tech, and business teams to prioritize reporting requirements and share data insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy and security standards.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize reporting processes to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Support users with training, documentation, and best-practice guidance.

What You Need:

  • 5+ years in HR reporting and data analysis, with 3+ years hands-on Workday reporting experience (Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Composite/Advanced Reports).
  • Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules, data structures, and data privacy/compliance standards.
  • Skilled in building accurate, efficient, and user-friendly reports and dashboards.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; effective in global, collaborative settings.
  • Preferred: Workday Pro Certification, experience with Workday Prism Analytics, People Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau, and exposure to multinational/shared services environments.

Work Set-up:

  • Willing to work in Makati
  • Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week
  • Willing to work on EMEA work hours (mid-shift)
