Job Description 

We're hiring a Workday Time & Absence Analyst responsible for supporting and maintaining time management processes within Workday and Kronos. This role focuses on configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Time Tracking and Absence modules, ensuring accurate data flow between HR, Payroll, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules.

  • Support integrations and data validation between Workday and Kronos.

  • Review and test system updates, reports, and process changes.

  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT for issue resolution and enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Time Tracking and Absence.

  • Hands-on experience with Kronos or other timekeeping tools.

  • Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes.

  • Workday certification or exposure to configuration preferred.
