We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to design, document, and test workflows and automation for our Conversational AI Digital Recruiter. This role ensures seamless integration with Workday, CRM, and ATS systems to create a smooth candidate experience. You will also manage email/SMS outreach and internal recruiter portal workflows that complement Anna AI, helping both candidates and recruiters have a cohesive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map and optimize recruitment workflows integrated with Workday.
  • Create, test, and refine conversational scripts and automation logic.
  • Validate data transfers and maintain consistency across the candidate journey.
  • Produce documentation and maintain test cases for ongoing releases.
  • Configure and maintain messaging workflows (email/SMS) to ensure timely candidate updates aligned with Anna AI communications.
  • Collaborate with Product, Implementations, and regional operations to incorporate feedback into workflows and messaging.
  • Support A/B testing of call cadences, message variants, and scheduling to improve completion and engagement rates.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3–5 years in HR technology, business analysis, workflow automation, or related roles.
  • Experience with workflow tools, conversational design, or RPA is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and integration testing.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with global stakeholders across multiple time zones.
