About the Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst to help design, document, and test the workflows and automation logic that power our Conversational AI Digital Recruiter. In this role, you will ensure seamless end-to-end integration with Workday, our proprietary CRM, and ATS—creating a smooth and cohesive experience for both candidates and recruiters. You will also configure and support email/SMS outreach and recruiter-portal workflows that complement Anna AI, ensuring communication flows are timely, aligned, and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map and optimize recruitment workflows integrated with Workday.
  • Create, test, and refine conversational scripts and automation logic.
  • Validate data transfers and ensure consistent candidate journeys.
  • Produce documentation and maintain test cases for ongoing releases.
  • Configure and maintain messaging workflows (email/SMS) within internal recruiter tools to support reminders, updates, and follow-ups aligned with Anna AI.
  • Partner with Product, Implementations, and regional operations to capture field feedback and translate it into workflow and messaging updates.
  • Support A/B testing of call cadences, message variants, and scheduling options to improve connect rates, completion rates, and candidate satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3–5 years in HR technology, business analysis, workflow design, or automation.
  • Experience with workflow tools, conversational design, or RPA preferred.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and integration testing.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with global stakeholders across time zones.
